A divine treat! Lovely for party or a healthier snack choice when you're craving something sweet.

Kids in the Kitchen: No surprise, this is the one they love participating in the most. My kiddos like to play with how much chocolate each raspberry gets and then taste test which one got just the right amount.
Lots of ways to play with this one. One time we filled a silicon ice-cube tray half full of chocolate and then submerged one raspberry in each compartment... and then put sprinkles on top of each! My daughter called it a raspberry surprise.

I recommend using large, firm berries because they’ll be easier to dip.

If you don't eat them all in one sitting you can keep extras in the refrigerator or freezer. Ours never make it that far!

I prefer dark chocolate but you could certainly use milk chocolate or white chocolate. Or, how about a combo?

Bon appétit!

Ingrédients

  • 12 ounces raspberries

  • 6 ounces dairy-free dark chocolate (or any kind you prefer)

Préparation

Wash raspberries and pat dry thoroughly with paper towels.

Melt chocolate in a small slow cooker, stirring occasionally.

or

Heat chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl at 50% power for 1 minute. Stir. Repeat at 30-second intervals until the chocolate is completely melted.

Carefully dip the bottom 2/3 of each raspberry into the chocolate, leaving the top of the raspberry exposed. Tip: place a raspberry on the end of a spoon to dip it in the chocolate.

Set dipped raspberries on a wax paper-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate or freeze until serving.

Enjoy!
