Smoothies are a great way to get the kids to drink down a bunch of healthy stuff when they don’t seem to be eating much else. They are super-fast and make a great snack or addition to any meal.
Throw it all in and press a button! Our kids love measuring everything out and pouring, dumping or tossing it all in and then running around the corner to “hide” from the blender noise. If they aren’t involved in making the smoothie, we have fun playing the “taste test” game and trying to guess the ingredients.
Bon appétit!
